Half Term Activities at Bramcote L.C.

Sign your kids up for some active fun this half-term. We’ve got a fantastic range of sessions and courses going on; from Scuba Diving to Kayaking, Swimming courses to Hydrorafting as well as Junior gym, and our regular £1.50 Court Frenzy and 50p football. We’ve also got free family drop-in craft activities at the D.H. Lawrence Birthplace Museum in Eastwood.

Bramcote Leisure Centre 

Monday: 9.30 – 11.00
Scuba Diving. £16.00. Ages: 8 -15 years who can swim over 50 metres.
Explore under water with the local scuba diving team ‘The Tribe Discover Scuba’. All scuba equipment is provided.  First 30 minutes of the session is a safety talk to children and adults.

Tuesday: 10.00 – 11.00
Kayaking. £5.75. Ages: 10 -15 years who can swim over 5 metres.
A fun filled session with games and activities in a Kayak. Games include Kayak Rugby, Obstacle Courses, Kayak Dodge Ball, Relay Races and many more.

Wednesday: 10.00 – 11.00
Snorkel & Flipper. £5.75. Ages: 7 -15 years who can swim over 50 metres.
Learn how to use a snorkel and flippers through games and underwater fun.

Thursday: 10.00 – 11.00
Snorkel & Flipper. £5.75. Ages: 7 -15 years who can swim over 50 metres.
Learn how to use a snorkel and flippers through games and underwater fun.

Friday: 10.00 – 11.00
Kayaking. £5.75. Ages: 10 -15 years who can swim over 5 metres.
A fun filled session with games and activities in a Kayak. Games include Kayak Rugby, Obstacle Courses, Kayak Dodge Ball, Relay Races and many more.

Swimming Courses: Monday 19th – Friday 23rd February

Stage 3 & 4 Stroke Clinic. Daily: 8.30 – 9.00 – Splash Pool. £28.75
30 minute group swimming lessons designed to improve strokes and techniques for stages 3 and 4. These lessons can help with that boost your child needs to the next stage.

Beginners (Foundation) Fast Tracks. Daily: 8.00 – 8.30. £28.75
An intensive course to give children a boost in their swimming confidence and help them to swim.
