Nottingham Tram Extension To Kimberley Moves Closer To Reality

On Tuesday January 6, councillors at Broxtowe Borough Council voted to pay £20,000 towards a feasibility study on extending the line from Phoenix Park – just three weeks after a similar motion had been rejected.

    I am glad that this has gone through but I must admit that I am surprised. Did the Lib Dems have a change of heart in the end?

    Interestingly this came to my attention via a newsletter I get for work but I had not seen it on this forum so forgive me if it has already been posted and I missed it.
