HS2 Bill may not be put on the statute book until after the next election

HS2 -A Special Bill that would pave the way for a high speed rail line to be built from London to the East Midlands won’t be completed until after the next election.

Failure to get the HS2 bill onto the statute book by the time of the May 2015 poll could make it a contentious election issue between the parties, particularly in constituencies along the route of the proposed line.

    With a bit of luck, and possibly MP’s who will listen to the voters this colossal waste of OUR money will hopefully be made extinct after the next election.
