2nd Bramcote Scouts Join Hundreds to Mark the Centenary of Scouting in South West Notts

Chil (aka Paul Nathanail) writes: A group of Explorers, Scouts, Cubs, Beavers and leaders and parent helpers enjoyed a splendid camp at Sherbrooke to mark the centenary of Scouting in South West Nottinghamshire.  The young people of the 2nd Bramcote Scout Group enjoyed a weekend of fun, challenge and excitement. Activities included climbing, abseiling (not always in that order), archery, tunneling, lighting fires, cooking, shelter building, teacm challenges, axe skills, emergency water finding, pyrography (look it up!), woggle making and a splendid rendition of Cecil the spider (you SHOULD have been there!).
